No More London, Dan
By Mandi Miller

(Poem)

No more dreams of London,
My dear friend,
No more KKK hanging jokes,
Although we both hated that.

No more zooming,
Or vooming.
It's all doom,
and booming,
Sweet friend.

My friend,
Whom I loved,
Greatly.

I've heard,
Your life has ended,
I cried,
I remembered,
And I cried some more.
Oh my dear sweet loved friend,
How do we all move on?
How do I?
With no more,
Humoring jokes.

No more trips to London,
No more us,
No more you-n-anyone.

I feel alone,
I was the last to know,
Coping will be hard,
But that question keeps repeating in my head,
"What about London, Dan?"

Maybe, you'll meet me there.
I'll go there.
And cry.
And remember you.
And our dream to meet in London.
